My prospective is when I invest I have to feel ok to part away with that money in hope that it works for me I have been in a similar positions before. I have a share and its bought value was 45k and it was only worth 6k 4 months later, so instead of being sad I bought more and lowered my average. 6 months after that the share woke up and I sold at a 2000% profit. IMO you havn't lost anything until you sell and a good way to see things is to buy more at a lower level to lower your average so that way it doesnt seem like its 40% away and it may come down to being 15% away but also gives you a better position if the share goes to the moon. As you can imagine i hold near 100k of this share and i have seen 30k drop in my portfolio but I also see a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope this helps.
