Those long-term holders wanting to top up and average down in both IR1 and LTR at the moment have a great opportunity to do just that (as I have done). The only difference until in production is one of risk/reward and degree of certainty. Both futures appear promising imo, but one is obviously a timelier and more certain outcome.
