Valuations on stocks differ for many reasons - one is the sheer magnitude or scale a project could potentially become and the nature of the results i.e. strips of high grade vs a consistent grade and thickness. Whether these assumed targets eventuate are a different argument. It is also why at the greatest point of speculation is when the greatest sp and returns are made over a short period.
