Lochie the company hasn't stopped doing anything and has money available if it wants it.
The price has been artificially kept down by someone and their actions are benefited by the fact that no one is really actually selling much.
I would suggest part of the cloak of their actions is most of the sells listed are actually the capper/manipulators.
IF the capper/manipulator is trying to keep the sp down there are two reasons.
1. They want to keep the sp down so when the news is released they can purchase more on the upward movement at a lower price.
2. They are involved with the party/s that are interested in purchasing HSL's

When actual news comes out all their efforts will be in vain.

HOR has 1.4 odd billion in proven resource so 3 mill MC is surely a joke.

I personally expect to see a very good return on my investment at HOR.
