I think Mikro is correct and it is simply Michael Fotios's administrators selling his holdings for whatever they can get for the shares = Golden Opportunity for anyone who wants in. If the administrators are still holding millions upon any Horsehoe Lights sale they will kill any run but if their job is done beforehand then we will have less of a burden of being dumped on.
Directors would be aware of this and watching the share register closely for the completed sell down of the Fotios' holdings.
