MF has had some considerable difficulties with EGS and the Tax Department.
HOR has been dormant for effectively 4 years while his focus was elsewhere.
His reputation has copped a hammering and he is the major holder and provides the credit facility that has kept the company listed for the last few years.
However, the underlying asset is strong.
The question is yes, we may receive 6 to 10million dollars, what are we going to do with the money?
