Please advise as to how many shares he owns in his own name.
My 'off the top of my head" recollection is that the number is either nought or very low.
Family trusts own them all, or the vast majority of them as I recall. Those shares should be quarantined from sale by the trustee in bankruptcy.
I wonder what's going on behind the scenes with the possible sale of the HL tenements.
