Vwrap means nothing in this stock. Anyone could buy it up to 5 cents in one buy for a few thousand bucks. THe last time this stock had a big move it was low 2 cents and opened at 4.2 and ran to 6 cents in a few hours.
Pretty sure this is being done deliberately by a pissed off holder with something to prove. Maybe they are even ex-management who knows. Maybe it is the interested party that was told their offer was a joke. Whatever it is this story may become folk lore. LOL.
