Darvas didn't make his fortune on large top 20 blue chip stocks. He invested in high momentum smaller cap growth stocks trading at new highs in blue sky territory like APX, JIN, ALU, NEA, IFM, BVS, etc. I scan once every day for 52-week All Ords highs, or use the Mark Minervini All Ords trend template scan that comes as standard with Incredible Charts. Currently my Mark Minervini All Ords scan brings up about 75 results. We could infer this generally represents the top 15% stocks out of the ASX 500.
There are other more expensive options like Omnitrader that includes Darvas boxes.
