Luckily, for long term investors, share prices do not go up (or down) in a straight line! I bought into NEA just recently after a pull back and am showing a 50% profit over a very short period of time. I like what they are doing and am looking to increase my holding so whilst my sentiment is to “hold” I would love the price to pull back 20% so I could add to my holding - so long as the pull back is not due to any fundamental change to what they are doing.
One of the few advantages of being a small shareholder is that we can act quickly to take advantage of any over reactions caused by large shareholders moving in or out and unduly affecting the market.
