if one were to worry about ‘a mega mine in Africa with 679km of rail’ one might as well worry about Elon Musk ’mining iron ore on Mars and returning it ‘354 million km on a space x rocket’
I can’t see either happening anytime soon. That’s my random opinion anyway..
And if iron ore buyers could see it happening soon they wouldn’t be worried about the current IOP would they?
