LIN will have concentrate, they still needs to go through a refinery for hard rock to produce REE that more than likely will not happen in Malawi for along time since the US itself doesn't have one. China will have LIN in its sights to fill the potential void if the US can get its industry off the ground and divert Mountain Pass to homeland territory. LIN is still a worthwhile investment of course but the US will be focusing on supplying its down stream needs from Mountain Pass which is already in the US.

There appears to be some operation LYC is doing or planning on doing in shipping product from Mt Weld in WA to Texas in the USA. I vaguely recall the CEO of LIN mention given the projected scale of LIN's resource it would be large enough to justify investment into downstream operations wherever that may be using the LIN concentrate.
