Yeah it looks like Lynas is going to invest in a separation plant in US and possibly use their concentrate, BIden says he is keen on using Australia as a domestic supplier for critical minerals, this possibly would mean they are trying to use their technology to broker a deal to use their own Australian concentrate to get a separation plant off the ground in the US. might be along bow to draw for LIN to get in on the act though.
