maybe the npv will be higher if they use 5% interest rates like the Goldie projects have?
I wonder when hartleys will release a report and price target
some funds have already been buying so hopefully sellers dry up
at $25 million cap with $9 million in cash .... its a lot cheaper than most commodity stocks
