    Common sense will prevail. This is a win win for all 3 parties.
    1 solves HSK debt problem with the convertible note
    2 Will deliver fair & reasonable value to NQM holders
    3 Will allow CQT to develop into a midtier gold producing company.
    Amazing how the HSK directors changed their tune.
    Will wait for the NQM directors to change theirs.
