SDL once a bfs is produced will have the same options as any other company when it comes to raising finance.
Don't for one minute think that SDL needs GBG to get this project off the ground.

As I have said here before on a number of occasions they could raise it through the traditional debt facilites used to fund such projects or a combination of debt and equity. Alternatively a partner could be sought out.

MY thoughts are that there is considerably more than the oft quoted 1,000,000,000 tonnes of high grade Hem in the ground and that drilling will continue to define a sizeable resource over the coming months if not couple of years.

If you are approaching this opportunity with a short term view then maybe you should step aside.

Both stocks are consolidating after the merger announcement and because of a lack of important news.
