    Last night was interested to hear Sam Zell on cnbc last night talk about Commercial property. The slow down in was not caused by over supply and nothing really been built since 2007
    he sees that it will remain stable even in the US, But will grow in leaps and bounds in a year or 2 as supply is out stripped by demand. An intersting interview probabl on thier site
