He can have his go in court (he is entitled just as anyone else), however so far hasnt gotten him very far. Superhard is keeping a good scorecard on that one! Only point is he can probably keep at it in the courts for longer than most people!
One thing I will give the current government, and that is the commentary on abuse of power. Imagine good old Gina getting control of Fairfax, and having control of editrial input?!?
I just dont get why people get so drunk with CP money, he aint going to hand it over just because CTP acerage is of strategic importance to Australia (as he and JH state). He will hand it over if he believes he will get a return on his money, and that aint giving it away for nothing, as some here seem to suggest.....or at lease were suggesting.
