    The insider sales is a complete furphy, IMO. Insider sales will always be orders of magnitude greater than purchases, because these people are paid in stock and stock options, warrants etc. It is part of their income. So they will always be selling far more than they buy. The real puzzle is why they ever buy.

    Any stats. on insider sales and ratios are just coincidences, I reckon.
