    Can anyone tell me why the 250mill loan is required?
    They last reported 30.2 debt, plus the 30 in loan guarantees puts it a little over 60.
    Even if full year cash loss (excl depreciation) was 50 mill that loan would not be drawn until well into the future and only if the position didn't continue to improve.
