    Two ways to interpret this:

    - They think the 2 out of 3 rule will be abolished and purposely did this to hammer share price so that Murdoch can buy it cheap.

    Or:

    - They think the rule will not be abolished and hence abandoned ship.

    Either way, not a good look.
