the shonks, dreamers and people with no money to begin with are the problem


i remember going on to a building site of a nationally listed developer who failed about 7 years ago. There was about 20 people in the site sheds pushing paper around in circles

next door there was a succesfull developer ( who is still around ) similiar site , they had 3 people in charge



the gold coast is like the spec end of the sharemarket, people think they can get easy money, you can but only if you know what your doing.


Unfortunatley giving $$$$$$$$$$$$$ to former bankrupts, people with no clue of the industry, ex sports stars and tv stars doesnt work out. Maybe people will work it out
