Iwonder No ....throwing money at is useless Example .....some Aboriginals spend their welfare on booze and the dead womens figures are the worst on earth. Some on here have a 100 items to fix it,,,,,but never mention booze or gambling, Any government that lets gambling roar thru society is a government not worth SPITTING ON.
