It's a great argument isn't it.

Women with small kids trying to get away from a violent man. Seek refuge and then fearful they will be found. But providing extra services is 'throwing money' at the problem.

Let's see what big picture boy has got.

I don't doubt that some men are victims of DV but it's not men that make up the vast majority of deaths in DV incidents in Australia is it?
