there were faults on both sides in my case. the court awarded dual custody, evenly split days over 2 weeks cycle.. the problems that come from such are manifold and complex. and the conflict never dies in some relationships, as with my ex..... she always said, "I'll forgive, but I'll never forget" and so the same old same old guilt was thrown in my face again and again.
it took me well over a decade to recover my own dignity.
its so strange how such passionate love can so easily switch to hatred.
