How do you change 60,000 years of entrenched cultural behaviour; spend more money? Blame colonization? Put a child into day care from 6 months of age?
Society needs a re-think on what it means to be human and not what you can do for the economy. The quality of life needs to be worthwhile otherwise the alternative will continue to increase.
