Shell farmin announced in Oct 2010...when did the negotiations start?...almost certainly NOT after NDO realised Tindalo wasn't going to do it for them!
Imo it was a "popular dream" amongst HCites, and backed up by some co. rep at the AGM last yr (were they already in negs with Shell then?) saying it was a consideration...more likely a consideration to big note themselves!
Would you like them to do it alone now?!
