i don't think CUS pay a divi, they are paying down debt after their trip into the ATM market in China. Having said that, it won't be long before they pay healthy dividends.
ONC aren't paying divi's either and would be a couple of years off i think.
check the ONC thread for an interesting find about Coverdrive and FCP (not a holder anymore it would seem!).
