Froggy, I dont think the game has gone soft at all, other people do.
I miss the biff but can see why they had to get rid of it.
I can also understand the logic behind taking out the shoulder charge.
I think what some dont understand is that the NRL will take whatever action they need to, to prevent being sued by the players due to chronic health issues from head injuries.
No amount of whinging from Gould, the Pope or the average footy supporter is going to change that. They are dealing with potentially serious legal issues if players decide to start sueing.
