Why not take the latest boat people direct to Biloela?
Australia has a bi-partisan approach to boat arrivals who make it to shore. For some time now it's been the policy that new boat arrivals are processed off-shore and won't be able to get visas to live here. According to the news the latest 39 who got past surveillance were flown to Naura yesterday for processing where I believe they can either elect to go home or stay there. That is the disincentive for people to risk the boat journey and probably why thousands of people come by plane instead. Apparently there are 100,000 asylum seeking plane arrivals living in Australia. Way too many to live in Biloela.
