As cancer and aging are essentially (roughly) 2 sides of the same coin, it is possible that the inhibition of pro-survival proteins could not only act against cancer, but also against aging (by eliminating senescent cells). In fact, this has already been done in mice using Dasatinib (mentioned above) and Quercetin (an OTC supplement).
Bigger than big? It's a longshot. But not impossible.
