Bit of short covering recently, possibly, from the $2.10 level up to $2.40.
Still has 10% shorts, and I'd like to see them get burned.
Will it crack on past it's recent high of $2.70? I hope so.
They paid a dividend, and also had a share buy back.
They seem to be doing well, with large ownership by the founders.
Some analysts don't like the waste business, but I do, and especially recycling.
