I dont think anybody is really interested in having to hold such a large liability as is Osama Bin London.If he as much as looses one hair off his head his worrier's will be let loose in a big way.If he get's caught,ppl all over the world will be abducted and held hostage,in exchange for his release.Having him roam free is also like a key for the US to enter,destroy or control any other oil producing country in which he chooses to hide(or is thought to be hiding)He will die a natural death and that reward will never be paid.Millions or Billions. That's my opinion
