If anyone does binary trading with IG markets and Stock Indicies options trading, wondering if you could tell me the flaw in this strategy:
On day market is expected to be bad...buy a put indicies option and cover that position by buying a binary contract (assuming the odds will be good as market expectation is markets will go down). In this way your downside risk is protected but the payoff should be where the loss is very minimal. Wondering if anyone would be interested discussing this..?
