I am not worried about the IP.

I am concerned about money and getting the fs done.

Surely when you do a deal with a company you are both on the same side and looking to help each other, even if you are trying to get the best deal for your company. Why won't tincom help us out? are we waiting for the election?

You look at other companies and the way they keep shareholders informed. A companies fortunes lie 30% in the technology/inovation and 70% in management (can't remember where I read that but it is making more sense to me). The technology we have, why can't we progress any deals in a quicker fashion? What is happening with other mou's? Come on kos, lets get a fs started and completed.
