I have swept it away as being hardly relevant -correct.
More accurately, i haven't placed a lot of relevance on it and i have asked why when people have done so.
I've happily given my reasons too.
I ask anyone - how is it relevant to Tincom going ahead, or more so to the feasibility study going ahead?
Its only about our balance sheet and slight dilution.
And on that note, if we did have that measly amount of money, what would it do to move us forward? It won;t build a plant - we need more than $1.5 mill for that, and we need the feasibility study too, which we won't be in control of in any case. So what does the $1.5 mill matter?
I'm still yet to be told how it will propel us in any way, so i feel i have a fair point there.
Some have said it will send the share to 5.2c, and i say good luck to them, however i am waiting for a bigger end game than just 100% return, which is already inevitable given the placement to Tincom.
So when that little spanner in the works failed (introducing the lack of $1.5 mill to the forum) then the issue was dropped. And suddenly, one or two posters reached for another little bit of dirt about the directors lack of shares - well that washed off straight away, as it is a known and documented fact that the directors do have shares.
Then...'next pleeeease'!
...a couple of posters decided to make the IP issue a critical point. Well that washed off too because the fact remains that we can produce our product with or without the patent description having been fully passed (and it is only wording that is an issue to my knowledge) and this can be done via a number of existing methods, not only one.
So the knockers pins are falling due to logical and/or factual rebuttals and i am simply refreshing the forum as to where we are at, regardless of personalities.
The fact is, unless anyone can say that X Y or Z has become an unforeseen obstacle to the production of Coldry, or to our commitment to Tincom and theirs to us,
then the muck raking serves to be little more than hot, smelly air.
And so i wonder what the next bit of dirt will be?
And why don't certain commentators accept the facts and move away from muck-raking, seeing as their investment in ESI is safe? Answer: maybe they want more cheap shares, maybe not. But there is no reason to knock your own share when all the evidence stacks up to the Coldry Commercialisation project being perfectly sound.
I do wonder...
Cheers
L
PS:
Take a look at the 19 buyers and almost 9 million shares being bidded on only 1 stop from market price right now. They have crept up rather quickly wouldn't you say? And the Options got gobbled up fast last week too,so i am not sweating in the least, least of all due to innuendo.
Because i have my fact to rely on, and because i swipe aside muck-raking, i am most content to wait for the feasibility study update or such, which i assume is not far away going by the market depth and occurrence of new buyers.
