My answer is this: When thinking about points of honour, i can only say that we are dealing with a communist country who takes 'HONOUR' very seriously and that is why Tincom and the Vietnamese Prime Minister have ordered this deal with us.
Last year, the PM sacked ALL of his power industry ministers, due to their lack of honour and due to them not moving things forward.

I would think that a fuel hungry communist country, apon being ordered to do so by the PM, would be the last to renege on a deal as big as this. The PM has even gone on to reassure his people that the fuel gap is under control due to the solutions that synergies like our has provided for his country (my words, however articles are out there for anyone who wants to google them and discover this).
Its gone beyond an assumed synergy, into a signed agreement and Vietnam recently sent delegates out here to sign with Victoria's Minister for Energy, which is indeed a big deal.
The Vietnamese Government don't take prisoners and when they do a deal, it is one scalp versus another,so i take the recent ceremony very seriously and we are in no position to ask for anything more more wheels other than those that are in motion.
When our $1.5 M comes, it will be good, but it matter nil to our end game for now - not a bit in my mind.
