We have never been told the amount of that adjustment. GXY indicated a payment was expected ?
What if the adjustment was in Tianqi's favor ? Maybe that why we never heard.
Dont forget for that disastrous deal they rewarded themselves with 38 million fully paid free shares with no vesting conditions.
