One thing that is overlooked when making a nomination on your Super as to how it will be distributed upon a person's death, whether it be Non Lapsing(3yrs) or other is how you nominate that.
Do not make the nomination to your "Estate"
There are Tax implications. imo
Seek Legal advice as to how you nominate. imo
