asx rules say they must provide market sensitive announcements.

As Melua once said, if they let out announcements about who is bidding and how much, then that would breach confidentiality etc.

So IMO they either

A) Have nothing to put forward YET which would be market sensitive

B) Are playing by the rules re confidentiality etc

I'm confident we'll see a positive outcome.
