I can only say before 10 Sept ANN there was a 3 day trading halt. Which suggest something big. Then written offers to be in by the end of the quater - Sunday 30 Sept.

JB said to be in Jo.burg. There is believed to be one offer maybe more.

The prices paid for nearby tenemants have been substantial.
I hate quoting figures on hear say. I would much rather have hard core facts. As such I have just deleted a few paragraphs.

BTW my secretary has told me this morning JB is English, ex backpacker / barman come exec director of a major mining company. I bet he preferred his time as a barman!
