So the WA Government says expenditure on M28/373-I year ended 14/11/2014 was $26,121 short of the required commitment of $559,900 (As shown on the MTO Tenement Register). Your Company Secretary makes the  declaration below in the Quarterly Report. The WA Government reports that Fairstar has not satisified its expenditure commitments, so this statement appears to be a mistake that needs correcting.

"During the Quarter, the Company became aware of an additional two Plaints lodged against
two of the SHIP tenements. As previously stated, the Company would like to assure its
Shareholders that all necessary procedures have been taken to protect the Company’s
interests and will inform of the outcome in due course. Further, the Company confirms that
all necessary reporting and expenditure requirements have been satisfied as required by
the DMP."​

A better statement might mention failure to meet expenditure on M28/373-I, and non-payment of rent of $90,143.90 due on 14/11/2015.
