Overland Resources option on acquiring Andrew project

Sydney - Thursday - February 1: (RWE Aust Business News) -
Overland Resources (ASX:OVR) has an option to acquire a 90 per cent
interest in a high grade base metals project in Canada.
Extensive mineralisation has been delineated at surface at the
Andrew zinc deposit in the Yukon Territory.
The claims cover more than 60 square kilometres.
Overland has purchased a 12-month exclusive option to
acquire a 90pc interest in the project for $US50,000.
On satisfactory completion of due diligence it may exercise
this option by paying an additional $US250,000 cash and issuing 5 million
options, exercisable at 20c each with a 5-year life.
Overland Resources would then be obliged to meet all costs to
explore and develop the project through to production.
It has commenced data compilation and intends to
commence further drilling in May/June 2007. Calculation of a JORC
compliant resource has commenced.
