K350, Management achieved its goal in this capital raising and that was to raise 20 Million. Sometimes when capital raisings occur they place the newly issued shares in "escrow" which means that the shares cant be sold until a particular date. Not in this case.
AVB's management have no pull what so ever in keeping the shares from being sold. All they wanted was the coin to continue their work. Anyone would be a fool to think otherwise.
By no means am I trying to downramp cos that would be counter productive as I am a share holder however it needs to be considered as a potential outcome.
