Endless you cannot be serious or else that is one of the most ignorant statements I have read and trust me there have been many made on VIL threads.

Try raising finance with no income then go back with income of $1.5 million and see if you get on any better, try entering into a JV with no income then go back when you have income of $1.5 million, try running a company on no income then try again when you have income of $1.5 million... Surely you get the point of how important any income is to a speccie? Less dilution?
