a....well, there;s always dev money to be spent before money is made!....b........'a lumpy business' hmmm, i'll pass on that one...c....considering the sheer bulk of some waste total destruction is just not feasable..a progression from concrete encapsulation is what was needed and needed urgently considering tight enviromental laws being implemented all over the world , not just europe.......'not smart' no , in some ways its incredibly simple ,thats its beauty..most good ideas are.....you place no value on dolocrete eh....well the soth aficans have just put a value of 15 mil us on it...not to be scoffed at for a small developing coy with a market cap of a little over twice that!!
