I wonder if BIN management's Mr Tartak is setting a date by which all proposals must be formally submitted? The Board would then meet to consider its course of action.

Not in a hurry to find out honestly. Let these offers simmer.
It is a good business and although I've accepted that it may go private. I'm not in any hurry for this to leave the portfolio.
