My guess - and it's only that - would be that the price would become around A$2.75 per share, with BIN (provided its management keeps focus) able to present a good news story by the end of 2021 that should (subject to interest rates not having risen markedly, and macroeconomic conditions OK) allow the price to rise a bit more.
Given the current CWY-Suez-Veolia discussions/competition for assets, what BIN has developed is far from valueless.
