Smells like insider trading ALL OVER if you are right kizo. I have seen your posts on PRR and know you have a LT sentiment, however a point I made earlier in the "im out" post.

If announcement does come out next few days, it does seem like there has been insider trading. PRR is up 80% in about a week or so of trading.

I would have no problems with the price at 40c IF the sp was pushed to this level after the initial 90 days have passed since we got news about nasdaq late last year. BUT NO it did not happen, instead the announcement is always around the corner.

having said that, I am confident that PRR will list on NASDAQ and that shares will be north of 40c...well north of40c but on no news for so long, why all of a sudden did we break all the rules and jump to 40c?? Eiher insider trading or a prep up for CR.

Sure CR may not happen until listing does, however where is the speeding ticket then?? As this is starting to smell like some people have better info than others.

I will buy more on sp decline or on news, which ever comes first.
