All due respect but on the 7 January this year you posted the following. Do you still stand by this post and if so are you suggesting MR has mislead you?

As I could not get through to anybody senior, secretary took my details and adviced someone will call me ASAP. I kind of found it hard to believe, but yeah it was him... the man who will make this company in dollar figures within next year this time...
He asked general questions, how do I know about the company, whether I am a shareholder, What brought me to a attention to invest and so on..
This is what he has adviced me:
NASDAQ is a 100% done deal, its all been approved, although there are minor compliance things that need to be completed with SCC as it is a long proceedure..
He also mentioned 60 - 90 days process!! Adviced announcment is due to come within next 2 - 3 weeks!!" ~ posted 07/01/2011 - kizo
I have no doubt that the listing will be approved and announced to the market very soon but according to your post here this should've already happened over 2 months ago?
